Mike's passion for Martial arts began back in 1974 when he joined his local Wado Ryu Karate club which was run by his uncle. He has for the last 18 years owned and run the highly acclaimed Team Black Belt Martial Arts School in Solihull, England.
In his professional career prior to building Team Black Belt Mike was the founder/owner of three Multi-Million Pound Businesses, the first one of which he started on a shared desk in another company's photo copying room which eventually employed over 160 people.
After 25 years as a business builder, Mike has for the last 15 years combined his love of Martial Arts with his Business background to create Team Black Belt his full-time professional academy. And now offers his experience, expertise and love of teaching to help other Martial Arts businesses grow and thrive.
